Re: Man hit by train during ghost hunt

I can't believe these people were stupid enough to set foot on a train trellis, let alone walk out onto it. Did they not have the common sense to know that if a train came, they'd be trapped? And then to have the mindset to expect a ghost train and not realize it was a real one until it was too late...

Re: Question?

I'm pretty sure they don't view time the way we do. If they can see us, as they sometimes can, why not each other? It probably varies depending on the spirit and how conscious he or she is.

Re: One I found...

It worked. I always found that one interesting, but not 100% sure it wasn't a trick. I can't figure out who they could have done it, either, so can't rule it out. The technical aspects are intriguing. Was the ghost writing in the air, writing on the film, what?

Re: Historical Oakwood Cemetery - Syracuse, NY

I think it is wonderful that all this historical information is being put on the Internet. I especially like the photo of the lion statue carved by a brother at the bottom of the History page. Thanks, Jemm!

Re: Peter Tobin believed Portslade ghost was after his shopping

Ooh, I missed this one! I like the image of the cream being returned to the bag . . . that'd stop your heart for a few seconds. :scaredsofa:

Re: Dream within a dream!

I've had the dream within a dream thing, but that's pretty rare. I've had a couple of dreams involving dead relatives, but not sure if they were really there in spirit communicating or if my subconscious was using images of them in the dream. It's something only the dreamer knows for sure (hate to p...

Re: Crossing into other dimensions

None of us can judge what happened to you, but it does sound like you lost contact with this reality for periods of time, and I'd suggest caution. If this is evidence of psychic ability, you need to be careful and learn to exercise the ability in a way that doesn't leave you open and vulnerable to o...

Re: Wem Town Hall Fire Girl Ghost

Now it looks like the famous photo may have been outed as a fake. It looks like it may well be the same image cleverly lightened and photoshopped in. The faker probably found it pretty easy to put the vertical bars of the balcony railing back in. Disappointing, but some people think it is not the sa...

Re: Haunted Alchemist Theatre investigation

Well, one of the give-aways on this one was that no matter how terrified he appeared to be, he kept that arm out with the handycam pointing at himself. How many of us would do that? Acting! :scaredm:

Re: Haunted Alchemist Theatre investigation

It was cute and scary, but so unlikely to be true! How many people have that many experiences . . . especially of a similar kind. A little fishing line, a friend or two, and you can create this easily. Sorry, not buying it, but thanks for playing our game! :smile2:

Re: Ghost pushes Pint off table

I loved it! Finally, a ghost video that might be genuine! :agclap: I wish they hadn't messed with it at all (zoom and highlight) , since it makes you wonder if they did anything else to it, but, unless there is a very clever trickster, this was carried off with out any of the people in the pub being...

Thanks for the great tip. Not sure when I'll be able to find it, but I'll keep an eye out for it this summer when I'm in the States.

Great detective work, as always, Sally. The blur is obviously from two overlapping pics from different angles. I think the lady's outfit is very cool, BTW.

Re: 2yr old talks about a ghost

A very interesting clip, but hard to draw any solid conclusions. I don't know why they were so quick to dismiss the idea that a black man would be connected to anything but the object from Ghana. It could even be a connection to the little boy. I did wonder if he was remembering events from a prior ...

Re: iPhone ghost capture app

Wow, thanks for sharing that. I agree with all of you. I also think that it's kind of a waste of time looking at most ghost photos posted online. Either they are fake, or just normal stuff like hair or dust caught in the flash. And, you can't believe the stories at all. I've only seen one ghost, and...

Re: The Ghost Chair ?????

Very cool. I agree with Terry, I think it's running up the boot and under his clothes, and the reverse must go under the platform and be anchored there. He's a magician, named Ramana. I found his website. He seems to specialize in levitation, which has always been one of my favorite illusions. . . t...

Re: Haunted garage

I always wonder where the ghosts come up with the objects, such as coins or springs, to leave. I'm pretty sure they can't create them out of thin air, so I'd be wondering if there were a stash of cash somewhere around that they ghosts are raiding, or in your case Grizz, from whence are your springs ...
