Pictures still hanging on the wall, books still stacked on the shelves...This was an awesome explore! So much was left inside in most of the rooms and in quite good condition, probably because most explorers have kept it's name and location unlisted, and being in the middle of no where it's kept it from being trashed and targeted by thiefs.. Such a shame to see it all left behind, but at the same time it makes it an amazing place to explore, and it gives you an idea of what it looked like when it was still lived in. I haven't posted it's location, to keep it from being targeted by thiefs ect so please don't ask unless I know you.
Urbex of what was the most expensive house in Canada. This property sold for $35,000,000 and the wrecking ball will soon claim this beauty to make way for multi million dollar condos
Derelict House. Owner apparently went bankrupt, leaving behind alot of old furniture
Georgian country house built around the nucleus of a simple square keep of c.1500. The tall crowstep-gabled wings to the east and west were added in 1673. The bow-fronted elevation to the south was added in the 18th century and completely encases the original keep on that side. The Scottish Baronial additions to the west date to 1851 and are by David Bryce. The original keep is now only visible along its north front and a little of its east side. It is in coursed and harled rubble and rises through 3 storeys to a crenellated parapet borne on corbels. A gabled garret storey sits above. The first floor string course continues along the 17th century wing to the east.
